We schedule one patient per appointment, because you deserve exclusive, personal
time with our doctor and staff. We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting,
and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that
you are busy, and your time is valuable to us! Dr. Bulgerin prides himself on keeping
to his schedule and only deviates from it in the event of dental emergencies.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed
appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation
fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your
visits to our office.
Our Goal
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can receive the dental
treatment they need and desire. Prior to scheduling any treatment, we are happy
to provide patients with an estimate of costs. Many patients have some type of dental
insurance. In the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing
your benefits. At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information.
We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain
up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy to you, we file all claim
forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track claims for
you. We are an insurance friendly office, and we are preferred providers for Cigna,
Delta Dental, United Concordia and Humana. Please call us about your plan.
Payment Options
Patients are asked to pay for services as they are provided. We accept cash, checks,
debit and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Our fees are affordable, and we offer flexible financing payment plans through CareCredit®.
We understand that monthly payments can help patients better fit the costs of dental
treatment into their budgets.

We offer CareCredit® financing for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance
100% of your dental treatment and there are no up-front costs, no annual fees, and
no pre-payment penalties. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, so you
can find one that works well for you. CareCredit also allows for revolving payments
